Xuchang University and Cape Breton University Joint Undergraduate Education Program in Human Resource Management
Human Resource Management (Sino-Canadian Cooperative Education) (Abbreviation)
Jointly operated by Xuchang University and Cape Breton University (CBU), this program was officially approved by the Chinese Ministry of Education in 2018 with an annual enrollment quota of 120 students. Upon admission and registration, students are enrolled in the academic registry of Xuchang University. The program follows a four-year “4+0” educational model. Students who complete the four-year curriculum and meet the degree requirements will be awarded a Bachelor’s Graduation Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree Certificate in Human Resource Management from Xuchang University. The tuition fee is RMB 18,000 per student per year.
Alternatively, students have the option to study at CBU in Canada during their third year. Upon graduation, they will receive a Bachelor’s Graduation Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree Certificate in Human Resource Management from Xuchang University, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources concentration) from Cape Breton University. Outstanding graduates of this program are eligible for direct admission to the Master of Business Administration (Regional Economic Development) program at CBU’s Shannon School of Business.
